Part Qualified Management Accountant

The Finance team is looking to recruit a Part qualified Management Accountant. The Finance team are based in Dublin and look after all Financial and Management accounting for the local company, all the various overseas subsidiaries and the Group Reporting. The Finance team are looking to supplement their existing team in Dublin due to recent growth. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and talented team and this opportunity will provide an excellent training ground to a candidate looking to develop their career in an innovative and challenging environment.

Role and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will work as part of the Finance team.

The responsibilities will include:

* Finance business partnering with internal business departments developing & improving key accounting metrics across the business.

* Providing internal business reporting for the Dublin head-office and our international centres.

* Responsibility for all accounting aspects for a subsidiary: payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly management accounts including accruals & prepayments and balance sheet control a/cs.

* Ensure the subsidiary complies with local tax laws in terms of returns and payment deadlines for Corporate Tax, VAT, Payroll, Employee Benefits and any other taxes.

* Providing support & assistance during Annual Audit of FINEOS CORPORATION.

* Identifying process improvements.

* Other ad hoc duties as necessary.

Skill Set:

* A part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with relevant business experience

* 2.1 Degree or higher in a relevant Business degree

* Proven understanding of accounting systems and financial accounting principles.

* Strong communication skills are essential as well as being able to be a good team player

* Hands on approach with ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs
