Sales Account Executive - Benelux

About the Sales Account Executive Role:
HubSpot's sales team is growing fast and we're looking for ambitious people who want to have an impact on how businesses in Europe market and sell. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll work with inbound leads who have already shown interest in HubSpot to show them how our software and strategies could help with their unique business goals. You'll run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Target clients will largely consist of -- but will not be limited to -- small and mid-sized businesses.

In this role, you will need to:

  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with inbound marketing strategies
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for HubSpot’s suite of products and solutions
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Job qualifications

You should have:

  • 2+ years experience in Sales
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Terrific consultative selling skills and exceptional closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Evidence that you are a top producer (e.g. Over Quota / President's Club)
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
