DESCRIPTION:

Our client, Dynolocks & Alarms is a progressive Irish owned business. They operate and provide service in three different Sectors. Retail shop, General public and Leading Property Management and Facility Companies.

Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit a Manager, this role is on a 3 month contract. The successful applicants primary purpose is to manage and provide help and support to the all the staff and to assist them in the daily administration and coordination of clients. The roll will include being responsible for assisting with the servicing of the overall client relationship which includes providing and assisting in quotations and overall management of the business. This shall include the assisting with the day to day oversight of the necessary clients.

THE ROLE INCLUDES

· Providing assistance to office staff by way of servicing of client inquiries, escalation of client issues, call and quotations control.

· Monitoring and administration of staffing issues and or client service issues, processing activities, overdrafts, and cash balances and banking.

· Overseeing retail outlet and general administration to include stock, finances, debtors and creditors.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Must have a history of being able to demonstrate leadership skills to help with growth within a business, working with multiple employees, administration and engineers and managing of day to day business.

· Possess good people management skills and good problem solving skills.

· Experience of current working systems to include, customer service, providing KPI'S and understanding the business module.

· Be able to deal with problems in the interest of the business, interviewing and employing when necessary demonstrate how to deal with employees and the issues.

· An understanding of Sage or similar accounting system.

· Live within a commutable distance.
